Return Process

You are welcome to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your online order. Please note that all returns must meet the requirement of being in brand-new, unused condition, and must have all stylesstreet labels attached. If a product is marked, styled, or worn, it can no longer be sold and will not be eligible for return. Dirty, broken, or worn items returned will not be refunded.

Follow These Instructions For Returns:

• Pack your returned item(s) with care, using the original packaging if possible. Recycling is encouraged.
• Once your return is received, our team will send you a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, using the original payment method.
• Please note that refunds can only be processed through the original payment method used.
  

Cancellation Policy

Orders for products not in stock or ready to ship may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is processed, and a complete refund will be initiated. Ready-to-ship purchases, however, cannot be canceled as they are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
